Frequently asked questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Aria subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so they are managed from your store account rather than inside the app.

On iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select Aria. From there you can change plans or cancel.

On Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you originally subscribed with, then open Aria and go to Profile, then Settings, then Restore purchases.

If your subscription still does not appear, contact us at the email below and we will sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Because billing is handled by Apple and Google, refunds are issued by them, not by us.

For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

For Google Play purchases, open your order history in the Play Store and select Request a refund.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your training data, check-ins, and photos.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you prefer, you can also email us and we will delete your account for you.

Something in the app is not working. What should I do?

First, make sure you are on the latest version of Aria from the App Store or Google Play, then force-close and reopen the app.

If the problem persists, email us with a short description of what happened, your device model, and a screenshot if possible. That helps us fix it fast.
